This may seem to be a very strange subject to be discussed, no matter who we talk to, yet it is actually a very important topic when it comes to our children. Just take a moment to think about how many times a racial image comes to mind when we hear certain names. The movie crash is a very good example of how the majority has linked images, thought patterns and prejudice to certain names such as: Shaniqua in the movie Crash. See a small example below it now if you haven't seen it before and you will see exactly what I am talking about. Oh yeh, if you say you have never experienced it, it was probably you that was being judged by someone else. Where do you think intolerance begins? Without realizing it, acceptig the truth for what it is and being truthful with ourselves inside, how in the world do you think the human is to ever grow higher in consciousness and back home to the higher realms most call God? Hate is not accepted in the kingdom of heaven. If that were so, this 3d realm would be blissful....

Now, you ask what this has to do with the Maya? How many times have you thought about the importance of a name on an application? Have you been a hiring supervisor and found yourself making a decision as to whom to hire based on a name? If not, I can pretty much bet you know this happens every day. What if your own child were to apply for a job in the next 10 years and the job market was scarce. What if your child was perfect for a position yet his/her name descended from an uncle and the company had employeed him long ago. What if that uncle had a bad reputation with the company and they associated your child's name with the uncle and refused to hire him/her based on that small detail? Would that be something that concerns you? What is the easiest way to ensure it doesn't ever happen? Well, this is how! Why be in the competitive sheeple ring of zombies when you don't have to be? Why leave your child to be a sheeple? What is the purpose of creation and expression if we are not able to practice our own sovereign choices, to include a name? Who is making these decisions?
Comeptition, ego, intolerance is based on fear. The courageous walk among the fear ridden masses. They are not following a sheep herdsman into more pain and misery. The Mayans had a specific way of naming the children that were born and it wasn't the name given to anyone else based on anything other fact except the day it was born.. The Maya would name their children acording to the calendar and as everyone knows, the calendar was extremely important and precise. They had more than one calendar, but we will go into that in a bit. The first point is: The name given to the child was based on both the spirtual reality and the purpose of the child being born. They believed the soul chose the day they would be born because they would have certain aspects and traits linked to the stars. Ever heard of the horoscope? Well, the baby would be given the name relating to the astrological signs in the heavens that reveals their tasks in life, their purpose for this lifetime and the intention of what the child would grow to achieve as its goal to accomplish in this life. Imagine how much we would be able to accomplish if we were raised to be appreciated for our contribution to all of the world with our own unique gifts we came into the world to give. Imagine how easy it would be to know your future and enjoy doing what it is you came here to do. What is your purpose? What is your gift?
Instead, a good majority grow up to do what the father or mother expects of them. The child is given an name based on a family members name, especially a father or grandparent. Then the child grows up to walk in the footsteps of those that came before them even though deep inside they long to follow their heart. Everyone has a gift and if you don't use it, you lose it. Ever heard that before?. This was critical for the Mayans and this is the way it could be if more of the parents had the knowledge of how important it is to step outside of the box and think for themselves. What happened to freedom, happiness and joy in what we do our whole lives. Everyone complains about their job and lives. What is stopping these people from doing what they dream of? Ego! Fear! Sheeple status quo! These people are more conscious than those that do not have the intention of growing their minds and hearts... this is very sad and it eventually leads to a stagnation of a species and the species goes extinct:

Lost Books of Nostradamus: on Dec 21 2012 we will be in the constellation Ophiuchus the 13th sign of the zodiac. It is known as the unlucky sigh. At that very same time Sagittarius will be pointing his arrow directly at the galactic center, also known as the Leviathan or Dark Rift. And of course we will be passing through it as well.
Strangely the last known Pole Shift was roughly 11,500 years ago and passing through the Dark Rift is roughly a 13,000 years cycle, again ending 2012.

Nostradamus and the Maya tell us the earth and sun will be in direct alignment with Ophiuchus on December 21, 2012, which means we will be perfectly aligned with the center of the Universe. The prophesies tell of a “wormhole” aligned with this 13th constellation.
In order for you to understand why this additional sign was added to the zodiac wheel, you must first understand why the signs, star, constellations and heavens are so important.
